The phrase literally means "to dust and fluff". Thus. this lyrics literally translates to "We will tear you down to dust and fluff".3. The "что до (genitive)" construction means "what about ...?" Another form of the construction is "что (dative) до (genitive)", which means "what is ... to ...?" (asking someone's opinion).4.
