Poema [English translation]

Today I had a nightmare and woke up watchful, in time.

I woke up scared and looked, in the darkness,

for someone who had your same affection and I remembered

back then. Because the past brings some memories to me.

Back when I was a kid

and when being afraid was a simple reason to cry,

which was actually an excuse to a hug or a consolation.

Today, I woke up scared, but I didn't cry

nor claimed for a shelter.

From the darkness, I could see an infinite without a present,

past or future.

I felt a huge embrace, it wasn't fear anymore

it was something of you that was left in me, which is endless.

Suddenly we realize that we've lost

or that we've been losing something

warm and naive,

which remains along the way

which is dark and cold, but also beautiful.

Because it's illuminated

by the beauty of what happened

a few minutes ago.
