I am a dinosaur and my name is Anacleto

For reasons of fate I did not die in the Ice Age

My friends became extinct, they left me alone

And I had to resign myself to this situation

I was very bored because I didn't have any relatives

I knew nobody with whom I could go out and play

I had to invent friends to entertain me

But one morning I decided to change my luck

And I sent a project to the TV channel

It was about a programme for the family

With singers and contests, lots of fun

The manager of the channel called me to his office

He loved the programme and said "Let's do it"

We signed a contract and after a couple of months

I became a TV star

I met the cover stars (Oo-ooh-ooh)

Immersed in fame

And in pleasure (Oo-ooh-ooh)

I bought myself expensive cars

A house on the beach

But I wasn't happy

But I wasn't happy...

I was not happy

I still missed my dinosaur friends

And the cavemen who wanted to hunt us

That's why one fine day I came to live in the countryside

To swap fame for real friends...
