La fée [English translation]
La fée [English translation]
I've a fairy at my house too
On the rone's own rain
I've found her on the roof
In her burning train
T'was one dawn that smelled of coffee
All was clothed in frost
She was hid under a book
And the moon finished drunk
I've a fairy at my house too
And her train is burnt
She must well know
She won't ever fly she can't
Some have tried before her
Before you another was there
Over under both her wings I've found her
And she was cold I've thunk
I've a fairy at my house too
Since she read my books out loud
The television in her face blew
That outside is war
She reads diverse recurring fractions
And remains at home
By the wooden o, counting chunks
By the wooden o, counting chunks
I've a fairy at my house too
And when she eats her lunch
She makes it noise her roasted wings
And I know for sure that she is damaged
But I prefer to greet her
Or hold her let go in between my things
I've a fairy at my house too
Who'd like to fly but cannot.
