Lifelong remnants of the entry

Into the world of excess pain

They created cheeked channels

That give tears freedom to fall

In a reality that caused it to be

Blamed tof lengthy labour done

Funny how the self-blinded feel

Blamed for many things detained

Not a moment of consideration

For an infant who would be a man

No holds barred, no quarter given

As if a family, and yet alone

A tedious drama, an epoch

Filled with incessant abuse

Physical, emotional and mental

All to gain and maintain

By guilt, fear and control

In this land of confusion

Should their extinction erase?

Shall the schmissen heal?

Only the temporal now

Give way to time's deletion

Was it all necessary?

No nobility lies in trivial men

Like fires, they leave only ashes

As burns, they scar and remain

Thoughtless acts, and words

Unrealized and then unearned

Measures of suffering and sorrow
