This seems to be a pet name of Leevi.3. 'Kauniin kääntöpiiri' is a play on words that I find very difficult to translate. If you change 'kauniin' for 'kauriin' it means 'Tropic of Capricorn', so you could say 'Tropic of Beautiful' but this doesn't sound good to me. I changed tropic for latitudes because they are related terms and latitudes sounds more unspecific.
