1. This sentence can either mean ''and I forget myself one more time'' or ''I forget (about love) one more time. If the second one were to be the case, there's a direct object missing which is usually left out in everyday speech.2. The expression in Spanish means ''to risk everything''. Literally means ''And bet even my skin'' (There's a mistake in the transcription: it is ''jugarme hasta la piel'', not ''hasta la quién'' which means nothing at all.
