A Song for Krisia [Bulgarian translation]
A Song for Krisia [Bulgarian translation]
She ain’t mundane, she’s full of fire
and loves to sing, that’s her desire,
and though she can and likes to dance,
her songs are what we so admire,
they charm us and it’s not by chance.
She’s yet no queen – it makes us frown,
as there’s no realm – the big let-down,
she’s Krisia – Bulgarian princess,
awaiting still to claim her crown
and having fun while in recess.
When she performs, we are all ears,
she is unique among her peers –
so if she sings a song of grief,
her voice at once will lead to tears
but then will bring a huge relief.
But if her song is filled with fun,
her smiling face makes us undone –
it shines as bright as any star,
her voice, infused with joy like none,
will touch us whether close or far.
She’ll be the queen, as set in stone,
deserves a kingdom of her own,
hail Krisia – Bulgarian princess,
whose songs already are well known,
yet waiting for her royal dress.
Hail Krisia – Bulgarian princess,
delight to watch, aimed at success,
and wish her happiness in full:
to only have an ordered mess
and crush all problems like a bull.
